LEGAL BASES COMPETITION:
- ANNOUNCEMENT
Molienda y Granulación, SL, announces the 1st quarterly photography contest on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the company's creation. - THEME
The fields of nature in the SPRING season, which your eyes see and your camera captures. - PARTICIPANTS
All people of legal age who wish to do so, whether professionals or amateurs, may participate, provided that their work conforms to the bases of the same. - CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS
-All the photographs presented will be original and unpublished, nor will they have been previously awarded in another contest or photographic contest, websites or any other digital or printed media.
-Each participant may submit a maximum of three works in digital format.
-The image may be in color or black and white, not admitting its digital manipulation.
The photograph must be presented in JPG or PNG format.
The content of the photograph will necessarily be related to the theme of the contest.
The image must be the property of the author who submits it to the contest. - FORM OF PRESENTATION AND SHIPPING
The submission period begins on March 21, 2018 and will end on June 21, 2018. Participants must send the works to the email address: info@molifibra.com.
The text must appear in the Subject of the message: I Quarterly Photography Contest. The protagonist Nature.
The email will include a file with a JPG or PNG extension containing the photograph and the name and surname of the author, whose initials will appear next to the photos published on our website for the contest.
The organization reserves the right to accept the works according to whether or not they fit the proposed theme and certain minimum criteria of technical quality.
6. SELECTION OF PHOTOGRAPHS
As in our opinion the art is impossible to evaluate, we will make a draw among ALL the published photographs. The draw will be held on June 22 with all the guarantees of legality and transparency. Each photo will choose to be the winner of the prize.
7. PRIZES
The prize will consist of a batch of organic products from Burgos with the denomination "land of flavor".
As of June 22, 2018, the prize will be available in our offices at the disposal of the winner who can pick it up in person or the company will send it to the desired address.
8. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data of the participants will only be used for the uses established in this contest and will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data.
9. OBSERVATIONS
By taking part in the contest, the participants will maintain their rights to the photos presented, however, they will authorize Molienda y Granulado, SL to use them to reproduce, disseminate and distribute them. In all promotional actions, the authorship of the photographs that are used will be indicated.
It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that they have the necessary consents or authorizations to take images and submit them to the contest.
Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of what is contained in these Bases. Any work that does not meet the requirements established in these rules will automatically be out of competition.
